Glot-Up PRM

The PER (Primary Encephalic Respiration) or Primary Respiration Mechanism (PRM) discovered and studied by W.G Sutherland comprises the following phenomena:

  1. Skull and Spinal Cord movements.
  2. Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) oscillation.
  3. Intracranial and Intra-spinal membranes.
  4. Cranial bones mobility.
  5. Involuntary mobility of Sacrum and Ilium bones.

The MRP frecuency in normal physiological conditions is among 8 and 12 ppm.

This frequency can be increased or reduced as well in cycles as in amplitude according to the action of one or several of the structures cited below.

Glot-Up invites the body to a process of tissue liberation that promotes a maintained homeostasis.
